Running your Etsy business can be overwhelming. I'd like to do that for you. It takes a lot of time to look through your store and come up with ideas and suggestions. I know some simple tricks and sites that can help you- depending on the areas your shop needs work in. Let me help your business grow!

You may ask why I charge $25.00 per review- I looked online and saw a lot of other services offered for quite a bit of money. Because this takes me time and research to complete for you; I know it's worth more. I tried to also price myself at a lower price though because I know how much money and time it takes to run an Etsy store. If you are not making a whole lot of money, it can be hard to justify another cost. At $25.00 though, it's a small enough amount to not hurt your piggy bank and easy enough to make back via sales wise, once you make your changes. With your implemented changes- you'll be able to hit a sale in no time!

This package is for a 5 point write up. I'll suggest 5 different key things that you can change/implement to help your business. Take your hobby and revitalize your passion for giving your shop a make-over and bringing in more sales.

When placing your order, please let me know if there are certain things you're concerned with. I'll do my best to address those first. You can add your concerns in the notes to seller.

This is a digital service.

Depending on how popular this is- it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 3 business days before getting your write up. I'll be sure to keep you in the loop, so you'll know when to expect something from me.

I do my best to estimate the latest date you can order for special dates. Occasionally things are out of my control though, due to weather delays, covid protocol, USPS emergencies etc. Please understand I do everything in my power to ensure your items arrive on time. ♥

Greeting Card Care instructions

Please don't get your cards wet! They are inkjet printed, which means the ink may run if wet. The same goes for any poster prints. I use a high quality photograph inkjet printer - it prints amazing, but the ink will still run when wet.

Coffee Mug Care instructions

Mugs should be hand-washed and are microwave safe. WOOT!

Incorrect Address

I do my best to make things as easy as possible for you, however I do ask that you ensure correct shipping addresses.

We ship to the address provided at the time of your order. I am more than happy to change a shipping address for you, if it's incorrect and I've not shipped it out. However if the address is incorrect and your order is returned - you will be responsible for additional shipping costs. If you do not respond- you'll be refunded for the product, minus all shipping costs charged by USPS.

If your order had free shipping and is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. you prefer a refund, you'll be refunded product cost, minus incurred shipping fees, due to incorrect address.

What are business days?

Orders ship on business days - which are Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are the weekend and my days to actually rest and replenish.

Issues with USPS

If there is any issue with USPS delivering a package, you need to notify us IMMEDIATELY! USPS can only track a package so long, so if you contact us a month after it was delivered, USPS may not be able to investigate any problems. We want to help you, but we are constrained within timeframes USPS uses. Please let us know of any problems within 15 days. THANK YOU!

USPS is working hard to deliver packages as quickly as possible. Because of covid, there have been more delays with packages, missing packages etc. Because of the delays - I cannot guarantee items will arrive before a certain date. COVID 19 UPDATES - SAFETY!

DUE TO BEING MY MOM'S FULL TIME CAREGIVER, WE'VE BEEN SOCIAL DISTANCING SINCE FEBRUARY 2020. (Which means we only go out for grocery shopping, which happens once every 3-4 weeks.) We take the utmost caution when shopping and use hand sanitizer/mask to ensure we keep ourselves safe. When packaging orders, I wash my hands and use a disinfected/clean surface to package all orders - ensuring not to touch my face. Safety is my number one priority!
